What's a master plan?
The Zionsville Lions Park Master Plan serves as a comprehensive blueprint aimed at assessing and strategically guiding the park's long-term development. Its purpose is to align the park's evolution with the Zionsville Lions Club's goals and objectives while addressing the community's needs.
This plan acts as a roadmap for future enhancements, encompassing both major projects and incremental upgrades to ensure the park continues to serve as a vibrant community asset for many generations to come.

What's the process?
The approach being utilized to develop this master plan is both collaborative and linear in nature, beginning with discovery and visioning at the macro-level, which will ultimately inform the site and program-specific recommendations at the micro-level.
We are working intentionally and diligently to build consensus amongst the project stakeholders and the community by incorporating multiple engagement points in each key phase of the project.
